Housing & Interior Design

COURSE OBJECTIVE: Housing & Interior Design focuses on the development of efficient and cost-effective room and floor plans that meet the needs of residential and/or commercial clients. The elements and principles of design as found in the housing industry, drafting of floor plans, and interior design/decorating are the primary areas to be covered. Students will develop skills that will enable them to plan or assist in the planning of their own living space area and decor, or may provide a foundation for a career in this field.
